1. Refund Eligibility:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
- Refunds will only be approved in cases such as duplicate payments or technical errors during transactions.
- Once you receive access to online training sessions, digital materials, or recorded content, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Items:
- Course registration fees, consultation charges, and e-learning materials are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds are not available for incomplete course participation or missed classes.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your registration before the commencement of a batch or live session.
- Once a batch has started or course access has been granted, cancellation or refund requests will not be entertained.
4. Refund Process:

- Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
